Program description

By opting in to RippleRoot SMS Updates, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from RippleRoot Holdings LLC about new products, restocks, shop announcements, and occasional updates from the homestead. Messages originate from hello@rippleroot.co.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting your phone number. You must affirmatively check the box — opt-in is never pre-checked.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. We send messages only when there's something worth saying — typically fewer than four per month.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, then no further messages. You can also email hello@rippleroot.co to request removal.

Costs

We do not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Supported carriers

Service is available on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
