Who we are

RippleRoot Holdings LLC ("RippleRoot," "we," "us") operates rippleroot.co and associated brand pages for RippleRoot Studios and RippleRoot Labs. We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you opt in to SMS communications, we also collect your phone number.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics service that does not use third-party cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not require a consent banner. It gives us aggregate visit counts and referral information only; no individual visitor is identified or tracked across sessions.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and customer service requests
  • Send transactional and marketing SMS messages if you have opted in
  • Understand aggregate traffic patterns to improve the site
  • Comply with legal obligations

SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS messages from RippleRoot, message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers — Formspree (contact form processing), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and cookieless analytics), and Grasshopper (the carrier for our SMS program). Each is bound by their own privacy practices.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RippleRoot or others.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and SMS opt-in records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at help@rippleroot.co.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, or user tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies for security and bot mitigation as part of operating the platform; these are not used for analytics or advertising.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
